Maneuvers- Help
Question:
i need to know, when you are doing a maneuver, and you need to make a pull up, do you A- turn away from the problem or B- turn toward the problem? Also correct me if im worng, a pull up is a 3 part maneuver, creating space is a 2 part maneuver, Answer: turning into the problem will kick the trailer away from the problem when backing. if your talking about the dmv test then a pull up would be minus 1 point, so if you were doing the alley dock and you needed to pull up one time it would be minus 1 point - 2 pull ups = minus 2 points, etc. not sure what you mean by creating space Answer: A pullup consists of right left right or left right left, three steps, now creating space is say your backing and the left side of your trailer is to far over to one side so instead of a three step maneuver such as a pull up, can you move your trailer over to where it needs to be in a two step maneuver? Im not worried about pull ups on my test i get two free ones and besides the examiner is more impressed on how you fix a situation more than backing it in perfect the first time Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
