Any info on LCT?
Question:
Does anyone have any feedback on lester coggins out of Okahumpka, Fl? I live in brooksville and they're only a stones throw away, I've talked to the recruiters over there, and some drivers and all seems well. Since my wife and i are so close to their headquarters it shouldn't be a problem to get home rugularly. The drivers i've talked to said the miles were there, but anyones opinion is greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the info, negative or positive. Zach, Florida Answer: I think they're part of Gainey (GTS). Just 'cause you live close to their headquarters doesn't guarantee being home "a lot". The loads don't originate at the headquarters. BOL Answer: Of course there are no "Guarantees"...but yes living close to a terminal would be beneficial to getting home more often. The terminal is probably there for a reason. Answer: I know there are no guarantees, but a big percentage of their freight originates in florida, they haul a lot of flowers shipped in from south america, and a ton of orange juice on the weekends that comes out of cutrale in Leesburg, just a couple miles down the road. They are the refrigerated part of Gainey tranpsportation, keep the info coming, it's much appreciated. Florida's a nice place to live, but you wouldn't believe the hassles in trying to get hired anywhere south of Jacksonville. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
