My husband is looking to get back into trucking after a year. the 3 companies that we are looking at are Calark, koch and celadon anybody have any good or bad advice with them..

Celadon use to haul a lot of auto parts.
What kind of options is your husband looking at?
Example: Equipment, pay rate, miles, home time ??? Does he have a preference of trailer or freight? Does he have preferred freight lanes he would like to run? Does he want to work for a company with a rider policy? Pet policy?

well mostly we must have a rider policy so my 12 yr old son can go with him, most have descent medical insurance and good miles, he does not like to sit around. the other stuff I am not really sure about except he want a good truck to drive he preferres freight liners and I think something else but I cant remberSmile at what U did do today

i recommend cfi...great miles nice trucks and dispatch seem to never ever bother you i went out last tuesday and never once got bother by dispatch other than to ask if i would pick up a load while i take my 34hr break.

Yep, much better.
Some times i wish the company I am assigned would do that but they don't. I usually end up with a few hours left for a week and am told to just take my 34. I at home when they say that but I still prefere finishing the week out. Plus I would be ready to go when the break is over.
This weekend the Air products dispatcher went home early so I'm off until Monday. It was easier because i would have said no to working Sunday anyway.

I get holiday pay. But I was supposed to call in early today for a load tomorrow. i woke up late. I'll still get the pay because I'm out of hours now.
