hello people. I am new to the trucking world ( still in cdl school) and I had a couple of questions. Does anyone know about Star Transportation out of Nashville Tenn. How do they rate as a company? How do they treat the drivers? Also, I've been looking at Roehl and was wondering if you have to have any previous exp. before signing on with them? thanks for your help.

I've heard good and bad about both companies. I would say one is as good as the other to start with. If you like things a little different Roehl has curtain sides so you could call your self a specialized hauler and possibly get a little extra experience to help you move into other areas of trucking.
Both do hire new trainees the last I heard and the money seems close to equal.

Yea I agree with Stuffs at least you picked two decent companies to start out with instead of usually seeing what most newbies put "which is better Swift, CR England, or Prime?" I hear good things from both I don't think you can go wrong with either one if they accept you then good luck and stay safe.
