My spouse graduated class of 99'
Excellant teachers.
Tom Waite and Tony, don't know his last name, are both GREAT instructors..they will not pass those who don't cut it.
Good amount of road driving, hands on instructions.
If you get with the right company after graduation you can be reimbursed for tuition costs.
Worth every single dime you spend on this school.. One of the best in all of Dade/Broward county and possibly all of Florida. (IMO)
My spouses Certificate of Completion from this School which is State of Florida certified has gotton him very, very good local jobs once he got 4 yrs. over the road experience..

He does give alot of credit to the way he was taught at McFatter, they really stress running legal and do a thourough job of teaching the students about the importance of logs and NOT doing illegal runs, etc..
What I meant about the certificate is this, It is from a State of Florida Board certified school, therefore, companies respect it more than a 2 week driver program that only teaches the basics and does not really teach what to expect once you have the CDL A

After Watkins laid off the entire dedicated fllet, he went to work for Fedex Freight as a city driver. He has been there 14 months and already has about 20 drivers under him, so he has moved up in seniority.
