Supplies needed for training and in your truck

I think this was asked before but I can't find it in arahives, but what are some items you should take with you regardless what company/ school your going to and what items should you get and keep in your truck? thanks for info...

Training:
1-2 weeks worth of clothes
pillow
sleeping bag or blanket and sheet
work boots
comfortable shoes
several black ink pens
6 inch ruler
white out
all employment info
drivers lisc and ssi card
small/med duffel or backpack to use as a shower bag
shower shoes (flip flops)
toiletries
OTC meds like pain reliever, rolaids, anti-diarehha meds
30 day supply of any prescription meds
spare glasses, contacts, etc.
copy of birth certificate or passport if going to run into canada
light jacket
heavy coat
ATM or debit card
voided check or deposit slip to set up direct deposit for payroll
motor carrier atlas. (if you cant get one before training just buy one while out with trainer
work gloves
folder to keep all info in that you will get during orientation
battery or dual powered calculator
upgrade to solo
duct tape
flat, phillips, torx screw drivers
2 good 6 inch adj wrenches or basic set of SAE and metric wrenches
pry bar
hammer
WD-40
5th wheel puller
would also recomend
12v cooler
350-400 watt inverter if you want a tv on your truck. (buy a regular tv or tv/vcr or tv/dvd combo and avoid the 12v models)
Goop or other waterless hand cleaner
Baby wipes
2 or 5 gallon bucket to use as trash can

a plane ticket.... just let me know what TS you are at and he can pay me to take him home and i would buy most of his stuff off him... cb.tv.cooler you know the other stuff he dosnt want. or need becouse at burger king you dont need your own tv or cb. thay have there own.there cb you have it on you hip.
