Okay, I just got off the phone with Rachael at 2020 Research. 2020 has been in business for over 20 years. They have a client, who is a major oil company, who is requesting feedback and market research. The research is focused on those in the Trucking Industry who are either responsible for the maintenance (oil changes) and/or who purchase the PM service on their trucks. Those wishing to participate are given an annonimous login name (which Rachael hinted would more than likely be car related, I.E. Mercedes, Ford, GMC etc.) and would need approx. 35 min. of your time as was stated in the original post. Your email address IS NOT sold to ANYONE (per the agreement you are given prior to participation), not even the client is given your contact information.
The research is being done to help the oil company focus their target products toward what YOU use for your oil changes instead of what the oil companies decide is best for you, whether it works or not. Let's face it, you are their bread and butter and it's what the customer demands that drives the supply.
