Answer:
Do an archives search for TMC here. About a year ago, or so, a TMC driver had a long posting of his experience working for TMC. BOL

Answer:
thanx sealord. much appreciated. i will do that right away. have a good one

Answer:
I dont know if they still do this, but I heard that they make you goto a truck wash before you pull into the shipping/delivery point. I've never seen a dirty TMC truck.

Answer:
thanks Siegfri311/ yeah i heard the same thing bout them. they REQUIRE u 2 wash once a week. does anyone know if they make you sign a contract?

Answer:
I just got there info pack in the mail and it does ask you if you can lift an 80 lb. tarp above your head and tarp a load of 13'6" . When I spoke to them on the phone they also told me about the 1 wash per week ( they pay for it).

Answer:

That's because in addition to Driving you are also a
"Truck Detailer" along with other numerous unpaid tasks.
Those trucks don't maintain their appearence on one wash per week.
Truck Maintainence Coolie fleet.
Answer:

You'd have to be able to do that with any flatbed company. Most of the time, the shipper will lift your tarps up on top of the load for you, but there are a few that won't.
