Don't drive drowsy
Question:

A sobering reminder about how dangerous it can be driving late at night while drowsy. While not clear that this was the cause of this accident, by all accounts it could very well have been.
I drove by the scene less than an hour after it happened...at least the driver didn't feel a thing by the looks of the carnage.

Answer:
They drive like maniacs over there. They don't enforce wieghts, speeds, or logs.
I quit taking loads up there due to their careless ways.
I would reccomend to the new driver to NOT go up into Canada till you have much more experience and confidence.
Sorry that driver had to lose his life.

Answer:

Wonder how long before the Cunucks wake up?...I'm ducking for cover.. LIARS SUKK

Answer:
OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:

What are you smoking? They're much more picky than the DOT in the states. I've been going through Canada at least one time per week over the past year. I got shut down at a scalehouse for not logging according to Canada's HOS (lesson learned the hard way), once for a missing mudflap on a trailer, and once at the border because the broker (UPS Supply Chain services) screwed up the PAPS on a Batory chocolates load. Canadian customs busted the seal on the trailer and went through it piece by piece.

I quit because I'm tired of getting hassled. There's a reason companies pay extra to run through there.
