What prepaid phone cards work the best? I've been using the ATT from Wal-mart and it seems you really get charged a lot of minutes if you call from a pay phone. Are there any better ones out there?

Usually there is a 'surcharge' that is taken right off the top of any minutes that remain. Usually something like '9 minutes'.
As for which one is best, it all depends on how YOU use it. Read the info about them before buying.

I think that link is toooooo long.
I use my Flying J frequent fueler card.
Not to exspensive and can be recharged
with a free phone call.
The minutes are cheap. 7cpm or close to it.
