Answer:
What ever you do Powerstroker do not go with CR England. That company is garbage. I went to their school and it was lower than whale dodo. The training program was no good. They did'nt care if you learned anything or not.
The pay is about as low as you can get. Stay as far away as you can. You can do alot better.

Answer:
Don't go to CR England! I've heard so many bad things about them from drivers and drivers working for them. They seem like a good companty till you get there, and then the shaft begins.
My best friend wanted to work for them cause he wanted to get a truck and he thought they would be a good way to start...Once they got him out there and started through Orientation...he went to sign the papers on his lease truck and just before he signed, they decided NOT to hire him. Stating that there was something in his Application that they didn't like, yet they wouldn't tell him what it was.
And on top of that, they wouldn't pay for his bus ticket home, after they brought him almost 2000 miles from home! He swore from that day on, he'd badmouth them as often as he could...and he does!
If you're looking at a good company, there are plenty out there. I haven't heard anything seriously bad about FFE. Though you'll get one or two here and there that bad mouth their respective companies cause they're getting a "raw-deal" from them. In a lot of cases, it's the driver who gave the company a reason to run them light, hence the "raw-deal".
The company you work for will work for you if you work for it. You don't have to be a "Company Man". You can hate the company you're with, but if you work, and work hard...always be on time for P/U and Deliveries and don't fart around while in transit....you're company will recognize you as a good runner and will reward you with good runs.
I've worked for a couple of companies where my Dispatcher and I were on the same page and my loads were good and my paychecks were high. And I've had dispatchers that just couldn't find the right rythm with me. Sometimes it takes time to break you and or the dispatcher in. But if you're just starting with a company, give them some time...maybe 2-3 weeks, maybe more to let them feel you out, to show them what kind of driver you are. Once you establish a good relationship with your dispatch....things should flow smoothly.
Also, one persons bad experience may not happen to you. You may be able to work for the same company and have tons of success where they failed. So don't quit after 3 days cause you don't like the runs they give you. Work it, and it'll work for you. As long as you're weheels are turning, you're making money!

I know Will-Trans runs all PRIME loads, but is there anything good about them. I've read and heard about PRIME so I'm iffy on this one.
