Is it better to train in your our state? I am asking because I have three choices
Werner- train in Hastings NE
Swift- Transport Training in Newberry SC or Millington
England- in Spartanburg SC

The only advatntage you have in going to a school in your home state is that you will not have to transfer your liscense back to your state.
The only thing you will have to do in order to do this is pay the fees and take the haz mat test again if you get that endorsement.

First if your going to go away for training,have a way back home $$$$(credit card) or family to bail you out and bring you back,
I don't know nothing about your personal situation,but unless your like totally strapped for cash,you can figuire out something better than the above 3 companies,you do have them in the right order though,england should be on the bottom of the list,more like not on the list

check with your state unemployment office and community colleges,if your unemployed or under employed they might be able to help you get a CDL

don't ever buy or lease a truck from or through a trucking company that doesn't give you the option to take the truck to any company you want.
Do not let a company put a chain around your neck by signing any agreement that you have to work for them for any lenght of time.keep yourself free to throw the keys at whoever you work for or in the case of owning a truck,take (( Your )) truck to another company anytime you feel like it.
It might sound easier to just sign on the dotted line and they will fix you up,there is always a catch.Do not ever be in debt to a trucking company for anything.

I do not have the cash to pay training. I will have the money to last for about three months without pay. I have tried WIA last year. They told me that if I found a job while training that I would have to take the job. I also have to go with the above companies because I have a careless operations on my driving record from last year. I was told by three that was fine. My only violation in three years. I even sent Werner a copy of the ticket and the DMV report. They said it was fine. Swift says that is a speeding ticket. England has said as long as it is not reckless driving I would be fine. That is what the Swift package I got from says as well.

give werner a shot and if it don't seem to be working you got a CDL so quit and go with another company real fast,don't listen to the nonsense you need one years experiance,if it ain't working the first few weeks get on the phone and start hunting for another job.even if you have to pay back werner for the training,as long as you send them some money every month,not much they can do to you and if your making way more money someplace else your better off paying them back for training than staying with them for a year.
people that wouldn't touch you with no experiance and a ticket,will have a different oppion once you have some experiance,even a few months
hint about people in Nebraska,they are super laid back,don't create waves,just keep your mouth shut and go with the flow,be a good yes man as far as they know
