What do i need to D/L to get in the chat room,i'm using AOL and can't get in,it worked fine when i had Cable DSL.

Answer:
Probably just need to use Internet Explorer (or Mozilla/Firefox, but you have IE already).
AOL browser fails with many online modules, even some online email programs.
