It's a problem. I've managed several sites that had BBS/bulletin boards of one kind or another over the past several years. You can require user registration, but that's not fail-safe, either. About the only solution is to set up software that mails submitted posts to someone who has to review and clear them before they can actually post to the board. This can be a hassle on heavily used boards. Sometimes, if you see a lot of inappropriate traffic coming from a particular IP (or range of IPs), you can block access by that IP/range, but a number of boards we've had on different sites have all ended up being shut down and discontinued due to the hassle of having to monitor posts. Frankly, it wouldn't bother me to see some of these egregious abusers, spammers, et al, subjected to some sort of criminal penalty for the various kinds of abuse they engage in.

Trucking by nature is one of the top if not #1 abusive jobs anywhere. I can see why 'trucking' BB's would reflect that. It's obvious.
