I've just finished my first week of Resident Training there and would be happy to answer questions for anyone who is considering it.
It's gone pretty good the first week. I'm getting very comfortable with shifting and driving the truck. Backing of course is a challenge, but after the first day of thinking "I'll never learn this &%^", it's starting to click and I'm making noticeable improvements.

I too attend National Driving School. They are good school. Most compaines accept them. I was there almost a year ago.
Congrats on making it to the resident portion. Take your time and listen to the instructors they have some real world knowledge and experience you can learn from.
