Was wondering if any one knows of a company that would be willing to higher a training driver out of Redding, Anderson, Cottonwood, Red Bluff or Chico.

depends on what kind of work you are looking for... if you are wanting local work you might try gravel/dirt haulers, produce/ag. haulers, or possible some construction companies.
I know in the sacramento area alot of inexperienced drivers can get hired on driving double bottom dumps.

Have you looked into wood chip hauling? Many companies haul chips from lumber mills on I-5 to the pulp mill here in Eureka.
