What kind of runs does USXPRESS have out of Eastern Washingt
Question:
Plan on starting with USxpress and go through their school in Medway, Ohio, but would like to know what kind of runs they have out of the Pacific Northwest and if I would be in their Western fleet? ?
How is their school, do they take the CDL driving test with a Manual transmission or Auto-Shift?
What kind of tranny do students use during school?
Thanks good buddies.
Do it in the Snow, packed Snow, Glazed over Snow, Deep
Snow, Crusty Snow, Ice, Black Ice and frosty roads for the same pay as Drivers in warm Climates..

Answer:
Hi, I'm not sure about what they offer but the search pulled up some info on them. US Xpress Maybe it will help.
I already don't like them. Their add states "You could earn up to $1,200 per week and be home on the weekends!" I hate BS.
You should really loose the "good buddies" Some may take offense to it.

Don't know whats up with US, but suggest you look at who's in the docks and Truckstops on your side of the Pass. Reefer companies run spud Products heavy in and out of the Tri-cities. Mainly the SLC firms or last I paid any attention.
Also alot of reefers running apples out of eastern Wa. Usually longer runs headed East.
With your retirements from the services, cant you get a student loan to go to a CDL mill in Wa.?
Don't really think US gets to the NW much on a regular basis anyway. Least not looking at the amount of their trucks I've noticed on the road,
Could be TOTALLY wrong though.
Have you checked with TWT/System out of Spokane?
Market Transport is there heavy but I don't think they do students.
May Trucking out of Or. might be a way too.
I'm guessing you got hip to the idea of seeing if you like trucking and want experience before plunging into O/O.
Best of luck, TC

My driver is with USX ... he attended college and only went through their training, so I'm clueless about their school. As for a western region fleet -- they have a I5 corridor, AZ, NV run. My driver was on 48, went to that, and is now back on 48. There was a BIG problem with the dm he was assigned, and they wouldn't assign him another one. But that is only one drivers story, so if you want Western, check into it. Good luck and welcome to the USX family.
