Last time I checked it was somewhere around 85-90% no touch.

I have been with Millis for just over two years and I have had to Driver assist ( set down pallets) maybe three times and actually unload three loads. I'd guesstimate I drop and hook abot 85% of the time and live load the rest. Our main base of customers are pretty good about getting us loaded in decent time. I had a problem the other day and messaged my dispatcher, he had customer service call and I got loaded within the hour.

I've only been with Millis a couple months but have only SEEN 1 driver unload.
We got lucky and handed this particular load off to another driver as we had to go in the shop.
Depending on whether you go Regional or OTR I'd say VERY rare to fingerprint a load, less on regional than OTR.
BTW, they are expecting 130 new trucks next month so the fleet will be updated soon and the auto-shifts will be gone. I've heard that the new trucks are great. I can't wait to get rid of mine, but I AM the new guy on the block
