Finished Up orientation with TMC last Friday. Took a week off before I head out with my trainer looking forward to hitting the road. Hope to see you all out there and remember G.O.A.L

Answer:
Just remember to ask tons of questions and take notes on load securement. The trainer better know his stuff or request another. My trainer didn't know jack and I guess his policy was the more shortcuts the better.
I guess I lucked out by choosing TMC. Good pay, nice trucks, home every week (in Texas too), a Safety dept. that actually listens to you. Good luck!
