I can certainly understand if CRST wants to get their money back from you via work, but to require someone to leave the industry is stupid. I don't know the legal aspects of this, but it may even be a violation of the driver's rights.

I just posted in the legal forum asking Opie what he thinks about all this.
Legal or not it would be extremely stupid for anyone to sign a contract of this nature. Re paying training costs is one thing. Trying to make someone leave the industry is something else all together.
