Guess Who's Back, Back Again from the road
Question:
Yes, i am back.
To bring you guys all up to speed. I quit FFE in May to go to CFI and found that it wasn't all thrills. I had many disagreements with management and pay, so I am back with FFE for good. I have teamed with a guy that was trainner for a long period of time with FFE and now is sorta teaching new trainners or "wannibe" trainners if becoming a trainner is in a persons best interest. Let me just say something, I had loved being with FFE in the past with trainning and driving for them. I will be teaming with this vet. driver till October 29 2004 when my 8 month aniversery is up, then I will take my trainer classes to teach a career that is something that makes me happy and gives me more than a normal job dishes out. Don't get me wrong trucking is a son-of-a-b***h and if you don't want ot work hard or be pushed harder than you have before then this is not the career for you. It will literally chew you up and spit you out with out even thinking.
I am in FFE truck #071
Safe Trip Everyone I'll be on when ever i get a chance

Answer:

Rookies training newbies. That's like the fox guarding the hen house. Don't make no sense to me!
Get at least 3 years experience running all 48, all seasons before you become a trainer.

Answer:
I doubt very much if three years is enough.
