Does anyone know or can tell me if I trained at the USX driving school in Ohio will that CDL transfer back to a MO Class A CDL. MO is where I want to base out of?

Yes, you can switch your Ohio CDL for a Missouri, CDL.
If you have Haz-Mat endorsement, you might have to Re-Take the Haz-Mat test for Missouri.(I'm not sure about Mo, but here in Oklahoma, you have to Re-Take Haz-Mat test.)
BTW, it doesn't make a difference Where the Carrier is out of...Your CDL needs to be from the state YOU RESIDE in.(but I know what you meant)
