USXPRESS school grad
Question:
Well I finished my 3-4 week school and i just finished my over the road training. Trainer was wonderful too lemme tell ya ,he had no idea of what a shower was like, lucky to bath every 4 day, no kidding. The school was interesting as well, its a real art form to stretch out 3 hours of learning material in a 12 hour day. Paid 3500 to learn what i already knew from a cld examine book. yeah we did a lil backing in the yard it helped, as a matter of fact that was the only real thing i learned while attending that school. As far as going to US x.... school for training you should be aware of a couple of things. 1 dont lie on your application, i get the feeling they enjoy sending people home after draging u down there. 2 bring sleeping pills the bunk house is more like a prison I didnt sleep for the 1 st day, world class snorers in the bunk house when i got there. Wear flip flop shower shoes, still cant get rid of this ungodly fungus on my feet. 3 buy a cell phone pay phone cards a lone will kill ya. Bring a book to read. I hope u like cheese burgers and pressed chicken sandwhiches, cause thats your free meal. Well today is my 1 st day off in 2 months, Im so tired i cant think properly or spell correct. When i return to usxpress i will be a 1 st seat driver. I was going to run teams w a classmate but they already fired him as a result of his trainers fabricated lies regarding his attitude, ofcourse the trainer worked him like a dog then told the liason he had a bad attitude. Its not the company, its the people in the company. Ok well im going to slip into a coma, any question concerns or comments, feel free to ask.

Answer:
You PAID $3500 to go to a COMPANY school
I hope you at least got a reach around with that
As a comparison, I had to cough up $500 for a 3 week training, the housing is in an Econo Lodge, not great but bearable. Especially since my roomie left on his own (the sole drop out of the class), so I have a solo room
Our free meal is provided by the hotel, coffee and doughnuts in the AM if you want to mess with it.
I hope you enjoy the first seat, it's a new world soloing.
Be safe and enjoy your coma
Answer:

And to think. For another $2000 you could have went to Mexico for an extra week and came back with a medical liscense.
Answer:
i am appling there as i speak is this a good thing

Answer:
There is good and bad to be found with every company. Just remember that. In any company out there for the most part you will find drivers who love them, hate them, or are totally indifferent.
What you need to do is figure out which companies meet your needs at the present time.
Answer:
bean town, just remember that USX, use Automatic Trucks.(is that really what you want to drive right out of school?)

Answer:
Squirrelbait 39 where are you going to school at and is there a website for them?

Answer:

I had heard that. Is it true since you aren't shifting if you try to go to another co that they might not take you becuase of it? (Unless of course...they have autos there to).

Do they reimburse you if you stay with the co for a year?

Answer:
like i said 3500 smackers, I dont pay nothing outa pocket well at least not rite now, after i become a 1 st seat driver(week 8 i guess) they take 50 bucks a week outa my chek, its a drop in the bucket compared to the child support im paying the pig that i was traped by, lol she is a real pig too, oink oink I would post a pic of the slob, but it wont fit on this page

Answer:

But that "oink oink pig" was good enough for you to breed wasn't it? Certainly says alot about where you're willing to put your worldly posession doesn't it? The leezards of the world should be lining up at your door shouldn't they!

Answer:

Interesting statement. All the office people seem to be one big family of rednecks .I swear their all related to the owner. Us Xpress failed to impress me . Keep us posted cause I'm curious to see how works for you.
