You can purchase them at truckstops, most schools that have driver training will sell them, I believe by law the company you hire with also must provide them for you! Hope this helps!

You can buy them at virtually any truck stop. Also the school you attend may provide you with copies and most definately any company you hire on with will "give" you a copy of the handbooks.

The driver's handbook is OK for a driver. However, a carrier needs the Management Edition.
The FMCSR is published every quarter, try and obtain a copy published 06/30/2003 any other edition will be obsolete.
