Do they hire newbies fresh out of school? Doesn't say anything about driver requirements on their website

Have you tried using the "Search Feature" located at the top of each forum?
There's bound to be something about ATS in the archives.
I know that Skid Row Joe made a post about them a long time ago (2-3 years ago).

ATS used to hire just about anyone. However, they do NOT provide driver training and they do NOT provide training in flatbed or heavy haul securement.
It's not a company I would recommend to an experienced driver unless he/she has some specific needs to be met. It's certainly not a company that I would recommend to a rookie driver under any circumstances
