Anyone drive for H.O. Wolding?
Question:
We had a visit today at school from H.O.Woldings recruiter and he was a very good salesman as a recruiter should be. I was just wondering if any drivers could tell me what it's like working for them. They do have some nice pay & benefits. But what about the inside stuff (i.e; dispatch, actual home time how often etc.) Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Answer: I have been with Woldings over 12 years, I get home most weeks and they will get me home when needed for as long as needed. I'm well treated and like most of the people at Woldings Home time depends on home location more than anything. He single handedly saved 1/2 of the crew of the ill fated submarine Chappaquiddick, July 18, 1969” P Stiles Call me apathetic, I just don’t care. Answer: Prairiedog HO Wolding says 80% drop and hook on their website is that a close avg? Do they pay practical miles? Do they offer much in the way of dedicated or repititive runs? I heard they haul alot of paper products out and I guess scrap paper back to WI. Do you wait long to get return loads? Do they micro manage drivers? Any other info you can give is appreciated. Thanks Answer: There was a driver on this forum named "one iron" or "1 iron" who drove for Wolding. He lived in Maine. Was with them for about 2 - 3 months, then found a local job driving tankers where he was home every night. Do a search if you can. If you can't find him, send me a PM and I'll have him get in touch with you, since I have his e-mail address. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
