Been a while!!! Finally got done with my trainer.
Question:
I got done on January 27th. Got my own truck now. Feels good to be making some good money. The truck I got assigned is a 99 Peterbilt 379. This is one sweet ride. Its got 458,000 miles. Its clean and runs real good and not all drafty. Its a double bunk truck too. Nice and roomy. Not bad for a guy just out of school. I pull a covered wagon. I mainly run about a 200 mile radius of Leipsic, Ohio. Steel coils ranging about 10-50,000 pounds. In ohio we can get permits to carry more. I really like what I'm doing so far. Found some good and bad places to eat. Found one place to take showers that are clean and the best part are they are free. I get home every Friday usually by 6pm and don't hae to leave back out until Sunday night after midnight. This week I'm going to start the week off by going to Detroit. A place called Mill Steel. Have fun, stay safe and catch you on the flip. If you see a maroon 379 pete pulling a brown benson covered wagon. Great American Lines truck #21809 say howdy. See ya Answer: Glad to hear you made it through training. Have fun out there and drive safe. I've always been crazy, but it's kept me from going insane. Waylon Jennings Answer: on maing it through your training. Do me one little favour if you would. When hauling those coils: When you thing you have enough chains on them please throw on one more for safety sakes. Seen a few of those things break loose and it is never pretty. I will always be a mutter trucker at heart. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
