Question...Do you want to change? Is driving appealing to you? Can your family adapt to the changes?
My wife and I over lunch today regreted we didn't make this move 5 years ago...even though we would have lost a monthly retirement check.
Quality of life is a big issue.

1. More than you could ever imagine...
2. Only for the past 36 years or so! ( Since I was a little kid)
3. I honestly can't answer that, which is why I've been weighing the pros and cons and beating the ever loving hell out of myself on a daily basis. It's also probably why I'm still still in this job which could migrate south at the drop of a hat (that and it pays extremely well...)
