LOL...I know they will resemble "sweat shop" wages! Fortunately, I have other income that makes this possible. My view is the same as when I was in school. I had the GI Bill out of Vietnam and a scholarship...that was it! Ate a lot of Raman noodles but it paid off. The same with driving. I'm going to enjoy the first six months and treat it the same as going to school. The reward will come with experience.!

Advice from ex Crst driver. Don't let them stick you with Chicago, and New York all the time.(Thats where the high priced frieght is) They will try it! If you don't speak up, you will find yourself with five or six drops in each city constantly even with your trainer.My trainer had to constantly threaten to take a hike to get them to stop. If you do want home time, you better start pushing for it as soon as you hit the Qualcomm first time. If you should run into truck 4441, driver named Ben (my old trainer), tell him hi. He was a good trainer.
