Question:
I had Bearbell drive into our place of pick up this morning. The arrival rule apllies. Bearbell had to back in. She did it just fine, with only one correction. This back in was started at 45 deg. and between two trailers with an open slot beside her. With only two points of coaching from me (in regards to how my truck and trailer handle), Bearbell did it all on her own.
I have no idea what Givins was talking about. Her speed at backing is dead slow, and that is the only speed you should back at. If Givins wants racecar drivers for backing, then there is some off center thinking going on at that company.

Those other guys at Givins lost out on getting a good driver. I guess that most companies don't want competent, they just want steering wheel holders they can browbeat.
