Question:
As people know my husband used to work for WSE until he laid a truck over and they fired him. The reason they gave him for this is because of insurance issues. Fine I don't have a problem with that. The only problem I had was the way they fired him and that could have been handled differently.
However, I must say that just because this ended up being a bad experience for me and my husband doesn't mean that the company is all bad. As with all companies you have your good points and your bad points. Even when my husband was still with the company the only advice we would give to people looking into it was that they needed to do their own research. Look for bad as well as good and then make their own decision as to if it was a company they wanted to work for. There are still a few people on this board that works for the company and they are doing good. So newbies look for the good and bad no matter what company you go to drive for and make an informed decision based on your investigation.

Sorry to hear about it. I truly am sorry and I hope he finds work and such. I don't know why companies do things the way they do. I am sure it has something to do with the so called big guy, cahoona, big ex insurance sells man in the office. Keep us updated and good luck again.

I talked with a few guys from the Boise yard and they seem to think the new guy in Safety is just on one hard core and wanting to set a good example for the company heads.
Oh well like I said before the company has it's ups and it's downs.
