yesterday, a female friend of mine complained to me about someone trying to peep up her skirt when she was walking up the stairs at her hdb flat.(She stays on the 3rd floor and her block is those that has no lift levels at every floor)So while she was walking up the 1st flight of stairs,she happen to notice someone standing below the stairs and true indeed it was a middle aged guy standing there and looking up from below then she say she quickly run up the stairs..so how to prevent this?And report police useful or not?cos she said its not the 1st time it has happened but she tot it's hard to catch the guy also...and by the way she wear those not very flare kind of skirt those denim normal skirt above knee a bit one... -.- ??

seriously though, can try taking the lift to 6th floor then walk down.
the stair case in HDBs usually have a wall-side also, just walk along there then no angle for the guy.
