but sleeping naked is a very soothing thing to do.
after one's heavy workload during the day,
you won't wanna be tied down with burdens during your sleep.
scientists proven that sleeping naked can improve one's energy the next day,
definitely have better sleep rather with your pjyamas on.
I do, for these past years ever since I read the article.
for me myself, I feel that sleeping nude will really wake up refresh the next morning, compared to myself sleeping even with my boxers on.
just nude, under the nice cotton comforter,
and here's a tip for the ladies before you try,
REMEMBER TO LOCK YOUR DOORS.

It's actually no big deal... And I won't catch a cold cos I have a comforter. Topless is very comfy... I like to make myself comfortable... in my own skin, own time and personal space...
