But risk is low as logn as u use it properly. n yes cannot use the tampon for too long. at most 8hrs. so if u wana wear it to sleep, use a new one before slp n change a new one when u wake up.

Use tampons only when I needs to, example like have to wear white out or something. Tampons is good actually but I still prefer using pad.
