OK the first day u get ur period...start counting...1st day to 14th day is supposed to be safe BUt becoz of irregular timing of different gals....etc...etc...take only the 7 days.
THe week BEFORE ur period is the MOSt dangerous...coz that's when ur eggs are waiting there to be fertilized..and when they dont..they come out as blood.
