a guy's penis b4 circumcision haf this layer of skin...some long and some short...
so when this skin is there when u urine, the urine will pass thru the peehole and then pass thru the skin.
this may cause bacteria to to form around the skin if u dun PULL BACK THE FORESKIN when u wash ur penis.

Juz one thing, if, by the age of puberty (14-18 years old), pulling back the foreskin is still a painful process, it means there's something already wrong. That, i'm quite certain. It is painful of either 2 reasons: 1) tight foreskin 2) A very gross reason
Personally for me.... pulling back the foreskin till it looks circumcised, or pulling it all the way front so it covers the ****head completely, is totally easy and painless... heh heck, i think i can even get a foreskin piercing!
