I'm very happy with my Trumper Nostril/Ear Hair Scissors - very high quality ones with the blunted ends so you don't cause a nose bleed! Not cheap but very high quality and long lasting. I found the electric one I used just wasn't as efficient as the scissors.

2nd Sante's rec. The high quality rounded end scissors work best for me, curved blade. It pays to get the good ones.

I found a manual one that works. It is the Platinum XL Nose & Ear Trimmer. I saw it at Amazon and took a chance because it looks exactly like the DOVO Klipette that was mentioned above.
