What are your opinions on these products, and which mass product brand is the best to use? Will these pads cause acne or breakouts?

These are great! The cheapest (and one of the best) ones are from Clean & Clear. They are made from some fancy oil-absorbing plastic polymer. You press them to your face and they suck up superfluous oil. There is no way they will cause breakouts.
My favourites are from Shiseido. Pureness Blotting Papers. They have a *very* light coating of clays and powders, so they will mattify your skin even better. The absorbing power is about the same though. They cost a bit more.
Any guy who is bothered by a shiny face should get some of these instead of using harsh, drying products on their faces. they work much better and don't agrevate skin to produce more oil.
