Will my wardrobe fight?
Question:
My first two L'Artisans are coming tomorrow, and I'm concerned that the rest of my wardrobe will gang up on them. Should I separate them? Today, after wearing my samples of Voleur de Roses and Dzing! for the last few days, and today I decided I'd wear Brit Burberry because of the new snow we have. As soon as I smelled it, I thought "Why do I need to smell different, why can't I just wear Brit everyday?" Then I realized what was happening. The bottle of Brit I was holding was trying to get me to return my bottles of VdR and Dzing!! What a sneaky bastard! I love VdR and Dzing!, both in different ways from Brit, and yet it wanted to be the only fragrance on my skin! Anyone else have this trouble from their fragrances? Do I... Do I rub his nose in it? (The spot he's supposed to stay in) Or should I simply ignore his behavior, and hope it doesn't continue when my full bottles arrive? The L'Artisans are smaller than him (he's a good 90 ml, the L'Artisans are gonna be about 50ml each.) Of course, I should be concerned about the L'Artisans ganging up on him, they're so stealthy when they sneak up on you. One minute, you don't understand why everyone likes Dzing! so much, the next you're ordering a bottle online like a zombie. My niche fragrances are far outnumbered by my designer though, so in the end, should I keep them in different places, or force them together and have them make up? (My Green Frich Tweed gets along fine with my other bottles, but my SMV is smaller, so I put him next to my decants.)
