They are in court now because people have brought suits against Trimspa and Anna Nicole Smith for making false claims. I would speculate that it was heroin that got her to lose all that weight, not some bogus diet pill that she got paid to hawk.

ANS held absolutely no appeal or interest as far as I was concerned. I've always thought of her as undertalented and pathetic - especially after her ridiculous sham of a marriage. I hesitate to even mention this, but I am relieved that I have yet to read any attempt to compare her life and death to that of Marilyn Monroe. If I read any attempts at such a parallel, I'll puke for sure. Paris Hilton, on the other hand-have at it. They're both pathetic publicity sluts as far as I'm concerned. Her death is no more tragic than her life was.

Marylin Monroe was so murdered. Read "The last days of marylin monroe" by Donald H. Wolfe, a really well researched book that inevitably leads to very ominous speculation. For one thing Noguchi said there was nothing in her stomach. Someone injected her, lethally. And Bobby Kennedy seen entering and leaving her place hours before she was discovered, when he was supposedly clear on the other side of the country. JFK forbid the CIA from carrying out assasinations of random victims on the streets of the US to justify an invasion of Cuba, but... I don't think he was exactly benevolent where Marylin was concerned.
I'm beginning to think Anna Nicole was murdered by her "boyfriend" from the little I've gleaned in the yahoo headlines.
At least she wasn't a typical power mad obnoxious celebrity. I mean I really wasn't very aware of her but she didn't seem a fraction as toxic as many of our cultural heroes of the moment. So what if she was a ho. Lots of men and women are! She never seemed to mean anyone any harm.
