Shaving armpits, better? - Page 2
Question:
<cries> ... i've always wanted to be a stripper, but just never had the opportunities! (haha) PS: ... i'm straight. Shaving there works for me, don't want to apply deodorant on hair; that just feels pointless. That girl was right, and i never even thanked her. Answer: As an open minded woman of the 2000's, either way is fine with me. I don't find it weird or "gay". I think it's what makes the individual comfortable. But I would imagine in all honesty that deodorant would be more effective when it's on the skin and not the hair covering it. Answer: Originally Posted by G Man what? ok fine, "Mom", I'll leave. Thank that dude for losing a committed base noter. bye. LOL!!!! Answer: I use an old beard trimmer that I use to trim under my arms. I don't like to shave completely, but trimming back seems to help me out. I get wet marks under my arms pretty quickly, and deodorant doesn't seem to work very well unless I trim a bit. I don't necessarily like it, but that's how it is. Answer: i have been shaving the pits for years now I find it easier to apply deoderant to the skin plus it's just a cleaner look. I'm 40 and I've been shaving them pretty much my whole adult life. Comments from women have always been highly positive. Personally, I find hairy pits (on both men and women) ugly. Answer: I shave my armpits. Answer: Use an adjustable trimmer to trim the hair down to about a quarter inch in length - that's what I do. And use roll-on deodorant, preferably Mitchum, but Dry Idea works good too. I used to sweat a whole lot in high school, so I went to see a doctor about it. He told me the things I've told you, along with giving me some hellish topical medicine to put on my pits - It felt like flaming toothpics being shot into my pits! It stopped the cycle of sweatiness, as knowing that I AM sweaty was a cause to become self-concious and sweat more! Ugh that stuff was terrible but it sure worked. It was called "DrySol", so if you are really sweaty, you might check into it. But first try the trimming (not shaving - it will create more problems than it's worth) and roll-on Mitchum. That should help quite a bit. I shaved my legs once for halloween, and immediately regretted it and suffered for weeks! Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
