My iPod nano broke...
Question:
Well, I'm in Hawaii right now... woo to the hoo! Still, I have some boo to the hoo, too: the screen of my 2 GB iPod nano that I bought in late 2005 broke while on vacation. Granted, I have a larger iPod at home (a 20 GB 4th gen that I won from Dial soap), but I loved the little nano's size for travel. For now, I won't be replacing it... I'll just use my 20 GB iPod. But come my birthday in June, I'll be on the lookout for what Apple has to offer (I'm also a die-hard Mac user). And no, the iPhone (which is coming in June) won't be an option... I'm in the middle of a Verizon Wireless contract, and the iPhone is exclusive to AT&T/Cingular. Plus, it's too darn expensive. Answer: My deepest sympathies. Although Hawaii?! I'm sure I'd find a way to ease my sorrows. bill Answer: I think that's a big problem with the Ipods, they break easily. I don't own one myself but my younger brothers Ipod Nano froze once, he had to wait till it died on batteries to reset again. His friends have also broken a few. My older brothers shuffle broke down as well. I've heard a ton of cases dealing with Ipods that just died out. Answer: Originally Posted by MFfan310 Well, I'm in Hawaii right now... woo to the hoo! My husband has tried his best to revive it sadly to no avail. Apparently they are not built to last. The Apple store will give you 10% off on a new purchase if you trade it in. Answer: I can't remember the button sequence now... but this happened to me (freezing Nano) and if you push the wheel and button correctly and hold down, it will reset. You should be able to look it up online or in the little manual that came with it. Originally Posted by nsamadi I think that's a big problem with the Ipods, they break easily.
