Aaah, alright: The avatar image is too small for me to say anything more than that the effect is fine; in the image in the link, however, the model looks so uncomfortable (smile notwithstanding) that the look is just killed. 1. Assume i can wear that and not be uncomfortable. As in: i can wear that to take out the garbage.

I don't loathe children, but the behaviour of the trophy infants that infest many of the should-be quiet places in NYC simply demand that something be done to discourage their presence, and a black-lipped and fanged snarl is simple and effective.
