Two cups and I can take on the world!
Three and I need to be sedated . . . Reminds me of a silly bit of doggerell we learned in college:
It is by the beans of Java that I set my mind in motion.
Thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes,
The shakes become a warning.

(apologies to Frank Herbert) Hmm . . .Brings new meaning to " THE SLEEPER HAS AWAKENED " doesn't it?

Once in a blue moon, I also like Darjeeling tea with milk in the afternoon

Now, I'm not sure about this, but I've heard that it is considered declasse (gosh i talk purdy) in Italy to have capuccino except in the mornings. Strictly espresso in the afternoon. Is this true or just a crock?
Cheers,
Mario

I drink tea from big bucket-like mugs, with skim milk (not for health, but I can't stand any other sort).
At work I drink green or white tea (I like Cliooer Organic White Tea with Cinnamon) without milk.
I may have coffee after a meal if I go out, and I love Starbucks Iced Lattes. Those are for treats, though! Very similar - though being from Lancashire I can take even stronger tea - unless you can stand the spoon up in it, it's not right . Always have a half pint mug of strong tea (Indian, with a drop of semi-skim milk) after our evening meal - which we still call 'tea' rather than 'dinner'.
At weekends, a couple of pots of Earl Grey in the morning smooths the start of the day.
At work, I constantly drink jasmine tea, with an occasional oolong for variety. (I've just sprung £25 for a block of purh Chinese tea - I will get an alleged 300 cups out of it, but still ...).
The only time I drink coffee is after a meal in Italian/Spanish/Greek restaurants - espresso with sugar.

Coffee: Nature's most perfect food!

Answer:
I'm a big time coffee fan. My drink of choice is a double americano. Coffee, to me, is an integral part of my morning.

I also like many of the various black, green, white and herbal teas, but if I had to choose between coffee and tea, the tea would be out in a heartbeat.

Answer:
I am a overt tea fanatic before I became a perfume fanatic, and a friend of mine reminded me to do a inventory check on the teas I have, and guess WHAT!?
I shocked me so that I have currently 19 different varieties of opened-bags loose leaf tea sitting around all over the house, and I don't even want to think about the unopened stock buried in the freezer.
Eck! I need to cut down on this habit!
I used to have an unspoken rule for myself, keeping the number of opened perishables under 10 bags. I guess that's no longer in effect.

In terms of coffee I enjoy Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beyond most others, its lemony floral tartness is to die for when lightly roasted and brewed right.
