Answer:
I had a HS classmate, I considered us friends as we double-dated a few times, he and I would trade my car for his motorcycle for a night on occasion. Also, we had a small 'business partnership' in HS taking turns producing drawings for a small payment with the guarantee of no less than a "B" grade for the less artistically inclined in a mechanical drawing class.
A few years after we graduated he killed 16 and wounded another 31 before he was himself killed by law enforcement. Autopsy revealed a brain tumor night have been causing mental problems. I noted a distinct change in personality soon after a serious motorcycle accident that had him hospitalized for a few weeks in our Junior HS year, although he always seemed a bit wild and daredevil-like and perhaps a bit too detached from what one would consider 'normal' compassion for others.
I wonder if an autopsy will reveal anything similar about this shooter's brain?
