Question:
Does anyone remember the original Victoria by Victoria's Secret? It came out in the early 90s. Absolutely gorgeous fragrance that I'd love to get my hands on.
Recently I discovered and purchased Wanderlust by Perfume of Life, and it reminds me of my beloved Victoria! Wanderlust is rosier, and less powdery, and I highly, highly recommend giving Wanderlust a try...but I digress...
Are there other fragrances that smell similar to Victoria? Aside from Wanderlust (which also reminds me of Caron Rose, Quelques Roses, Anna Sui Original, and L'Ombre Rose - in other words, it's a GREAT rose fragrance), I haven't come across anything similar to Victoria.
I wish someone would duplicate it or VS would bring it back!

I remember it for sure--it was one of the first perfumes I ever owned. I mentioned it in passing in another post a while back. I have not come across anything else like it. You can find it for sale (usually for a hefty price!) on various sites from time to time.

I know it very well, it has been my mother's all time favourite since she got it in early 90s.
I've been searching for something similar as it was discontinued, but nothing is satisfactory.
Angels Dream Heavenly by Victoria's Secret and Caleche Eau Delicate by Hermes come close, but Victoria has a charm of its own. I've got a 50ml bottle on eBay recently, but it was almost 100$...
Though I remember it used to cost at least 60$ in their boutique, so I guess it's only natural for such a rarity.
I couldn't find the notes description anywhere, maybe you know them?
