Beyond Paradise For Men
Question:
I've never smelt this fragrance but it great review and it's really cheap on ebay. I'm considering buying this blind, what are your thoughts on this fragrance?

Answer:
im wearing this right now as a metter of fact...
mixed reviews and impressions from others...
i personally think its a fine day time scent for the weekends

Answer:
Hmm this one seems good so I'll give it a shot and buy blind. What's the max I should pay for this one on ebay? About $25ish for a 3.4oz is what I'm thinking is good but I may be wrong.

Answer:
I remember reading an article by Estee Lauder herself (MANY years ago) where she said that her fragrances (and I think this includes her name, Aramis, Prescriptives, Origins, Clinique, the newer Jo Malone...) were created to either be LOVED or HATED, she really is not interested in creating scents that people have a neutral reaction to.
I have found this to be true with ALL of her scents I smell, and I have NEVER bought her frags blind, for this reason.
Personally, I hate BP for Men...

Answer:
What I remember from the sample I received, it was a fruity, fresh, aquatic scent, nice, but smelled very synthetic and didn't last long at all.

Hmm interesting. I'm a teen and believe it or not I love fresh, fruity, aquatic scents with strong top notes. Don't like the sounds of it being synthetic smelling and it didn't last long
Fruity scents ie:ParisHilton tend to last a long time on me thought
EDIT: I ended up purchasing a new 3.4oz bottle of this on eBay for $27.05 with shipping and handling. I'm starting to buy a lot of fresh and fruity summer scents

Answer:
opens up with a sorta cucumber opening then settles quickly into perhaps the most accurate depiction of an ocean smell... go for it if u like that sorta thing

Answer:
I don't like it when I wore it. The day I wore it I walked past a man who wore Boss Bottled and I said to myself, "I want to smell like that, not Beyond Paradise."
Its dry down is not so pleasant. Hard to describe, but it's not for me.

Personally, I hate BP for Men... I'm afraid I also didn't like it. It was given a big build up by Luca Turin and so I had high hopes. But I thought it was simply terrible.
Someone posted on another thread that they didn't like it until they wore it in Hawaii. But that seems a long way to go just to "get" a fragrance.

Answer:
Terrible? Really? Heheh... I'm a unabashed fan of BPM. If you like fresh aquatic fruitiness, you'll like BPM, naysayers or no.
