Question:
I realize that Caron's Tabac Blond has been discontinued and is very hard to find now, but I recently purchased some of the Afteliers frags which included Blond Tabac. I quickly sniffed the Parfum de Maroc, Pink Lotus, Shiso, and Linden Blossom from the bottle and then applied a little of the Blond Tabac to the back of my hand.
What I want to know is, has anyone smelled both of these scents, and if so, how do they compare? I did a search, but could not find a comparison of the two anywhere, and since I have never sniffed the Caron, I have nothing to compare the Aftelier to. BTW, so far I love it!
I would appreciate any help you can give me on this. Thanks.

Who told you Tabac Blond is discontinued? This is the first I hear of it.
The Basenotes directory lists it as in production still.
Carons are difficult to get in certain scents, because they are "urn" fragrances available only at the boutiques, but not all.

Although the price suggests they have made a mistake and they mean parfum, not eau de parfum?

I went back and found the post, and it's the Tabac Blond EDC that's discontinued. I missed the EDC part. Again, thankyou for bringing that to my attention, and also for the link. I can order the Caron now too!
