Basenotes Rules!! Thanks!
Question:
Just two months ago I thought that Davidoff was the cream of the crop in the fragrance industry...boy was I wrong! I've learned a lot about different fragrances since I stumbled upon basenotes after searching for reviews on google about Luciano Soprani Uomo. I use to rotate between Goodlife and Jaipur EDP for special occasions....But Lately I've been on a buying spree and find myself wearing cologne every day! So far from the house of Creed I have M.I. , Erolfa, Original Santal, Himalaya, S.M.W., Green Valley, B.D.P, O.V., and Royal English Leather... Its great to be here and I look forward to every thread...even the compliment ones! Answer: I think Creed owes Basenotes some percentage... Welcome! Answer: I too, may as well buy stock in Creed. What's your take on Green Valley? I've been eyeing this one. TNMA Answer: Originally Posted by fakepurseninja I think Creed owes Basenotes some percentage... Welcome! Ha! But then Basenotes Male fragrance discussion forum is about the only place where Creed discussions take place. Creed fragrances aren't talked about much at other perfume forums or at any of the popular fragrance blogs (now smell this, perfume smellin', bois de jasmin, etc) Answer: Green Valley is great!!...It reminds me of Goodlife by Davidoff. I've been thinking of layering the two. Answer: Originally Posted by zztopp Ha! But then Basenotes Male fragrance discussion forum is about the only place where Creed discussions take place. Nine Creeds within less than two months, sheesh. Answer: Originally Posted by EarNoseThroat Green Valley is great!!...It reminds me of Goodlife by Davidoff. I've been thinking of layering the two. Good to see you've gotten away from that Davidoff stuff!! Answer: Regarding Green Valley - its the bastard child of GIT and SMW, with a mint top note and a patchouli base. Definitely worth sampling! Answer: Lol! There's only two more I'm interested in... Royal Delight, and Green Irish Tweed I just don't want to end up getting scammed with GIT. with my luck I'll end up getting Green frich tweed ! Or look at how loved Relax is around here (though not by me). But I don't want to hijack this thread... Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
