With the 15 euro shipping charge it would equal 115 euros = 150 USD.
It's really worth it if you ask me.
Anyhow, anyone know the story behind the changed bottle size? Can anyone post a pic of the 50ml and 75ml bottles?

The following web site has some information that might answer a lot of your questions, and it also has a picture of one of the 50 ml (1.66 fl oz) oblong spray/splash bottles (which are used for selling the Export range), and a picture of one of the 75ml (2.5 fl oz) bell-shaped splash bottles (which are used for selling the Exclusive range). As far as I know, there hasn't been a "changed bottle size", but the two sizes / types of bottles are used to sell either the Export range or the Exclusive range. Chergui was, and still might be, one of the Serge Lutens fragrances that is sold in both the Export and the Exclusive ranges, and therefore you might be able to purchase Chergui in either of the two bottle sizes / types.

Sorry, I made a double post.

Answer:
Bell bottles of the exclusive line are only sold at the Palace blahbitty blah and there's a limit to how many you can buy. Otherwise we'd be swimming in the stuff. There's a lovely Parisian who sells on ebay and she will get you a Bell Jar here in the states. Her terms are cost plus commission up front. She sells decants of the exclusives on ebay USA. not to hard to find. the shipping from Paris goes as smooth as... it's smooth.

However, even if the 75ml bottles looks better, without a spray wouldn't those bottles be very unpractical. How wold you apply with that kind of bottle?

Except in a picture, I have never actually physically seen the 75 ml bell jar, but I think a person would have to decant some of the juice into a spray atomizer or a roll-on in order to apply it to the skin. The following thread has some posted comments that you might find interesting concerning the form and functionality of the Serge Lutens bell jars: /showthread.php?t=192283
I own a 50 ml oblong shaped bottle of Chergui, and I have attached the sprayer that comes with the bottle. Frankly, this sprayer isn't one of the best fragrance sprayers that I have ever seen, but it works ok and does the job required of it. I would personally rather have the 50 ml oblong shaped bottle with the sprayer attached than the 75 ml bell jar with no sprayer attached. I am sure that the bell jar is beautiful to look at, but it is more difficult to apply the fragrance without a sprayer actually attached to the bottle. Of course, decanting from the bell jar into a spray atomizer decant bottle is not an arduous task.

Answer:
The gorgeous ladies of basenotes can help here. There are decanting supplies being sold in the for sale area. These bottles aren't huge, you can tip one and apply from the "cap" I know there's a word and I can't find it.
soon as I hit submit I remembered. the "stopper". get it wet and apply. bingo!

Cherqui is one of the Exclusives, which are only sold at the Paris salon in the 75 ml bell jars. However, once a year one of the Exclusives joins the Exports for a limited time and are sold in the smaller, rectangular bottles. I'd take advantange of the bigger ones, since it's a better deal (and I love the bell jars)

I'd rather pay a little extra for a 50ml spray bottle than have to mess around with a bell jar. But, then again, this all comes down to personal tastes.

I have never decanted before and would probably waste half the bottle trying to learn if I bought the 75ml. So, anyone have any more conrete suggestions as to where I can buy the 50 ml bottles, preferably online.
